Victory Farms is a pioneering aquaculture company based in Homa Bay County on the shores of Lake Victoria, Kenya. The company operates a fully vertically integrated model from hatchery and fingerling production to cage culture, processing, cold‑chain logistics, and retail distribution.

Through deep‑water cages placed offshore and a hatchery capable of producing up to 30 million tilapia fingerlings per year, Victory Farms supplies fresh tilapia daily to consumers across Kenya via a network of branches and market vendors. Their operations are designed to address Kenya’s widening deficit in fish supply, offering affordable, nutritious protein to low‑ and middle-income communities.

In 2025, the company opened a new fish-processing plant in Suba Central, with a capacity to process 120 metric tons per day. This facility also transforms fish waste into animal feeds, adding value and enhancing resource efficiency. Victory Farms maintains a cold chain from lake to plate, delivering chilled fish within 36 hours.

Victory Farms is the first tilapia producer globally to join the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) Improver Programme, committing to improved environmental, social, and operational practices.
