Karunguru Coffee Ltd is a third-generation boutique coffee estate in Gatundu, Kiambu, Kenya, specializing in single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee. Established in 1928, the farm has been managed by four generations of the Kariithi family. Over the years, it has combined heritage, expertise, and sustainable practices to produce premium coffee with a unique, balanced flavor.
Situated at 1,685 meters above sea level on rich volcanic soils, Karunguru Coffee benefits from ideal climate and soil conditions. The estate cultivates varieties such as SL28, Ruiru 11, and Batians. Coffee is hand-picked, wet processed, and sun-dried to preserve natural taste and aroma. Additionally, small-batch roasting ensures freshness, consistency, and maximum flavor in every cup.
