Eaagads Ltd

Eaagads Kenya produces high-quality Arabica coffee on the fertile volcanic soils of the Kenyan highlands. Founded in 1946 and listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange in 2001, the company has over seven decades of experience in coffee growing, milling, blending, marketing, and sales. Its dedication ensures each bean delivers a distinctive taste and aroma, reflecting Kenya’s rich coffee heritage.

The company manages 205 hectares of prime coffee-growing land in Kiambu County and produces about 350 tonnes of Arabica coffee annually. Eaagads Kenya carefully selects fully ripened cherries during harvesting. It grades coffee across AA, AB, C, PB, TT, HE, E, and UG series, blending primary and secondary grades to create premium Grade A Arabica coffee with fruity, chocolaty, and nutty flavors.

Sustainability is central to operations. About 47% of the land remains under forest and flora cover, including eucalyptus, grevillea, moringa, and cypress trees. Farmers plant shade trees among coffee bushes to improve soil health and promote biodiversity. Water from wet mills is recycled, and coffee by-products enrich soils organically. Certified by UTZ and compliant with Kenya’s National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), Eaagads Kenya integrates environmental care at every stage of production.

The company also supports local communities through farmer training, traceability systems, and social initiatives. By combining sustainable farming, precise grading, and community development, Eaagads Kenya delivers premium Arabica coffee globally while reinforcing Kenya’s reputation as a top-tier coffee producer.
